In the winter of 2018, three of our dear friends and colleagues were battling breast and colon cancer and we were looking for a way to get them through those tough months. So we planned a party to honor the end of their treatments. We cooked up a pig, enjoyed some local craft beer and celebrated those boobs (2) and butts (1) on a joy-filled night. We called it the Triple B: An Event to Support Friends.
What was supposed to be a one night event has turned into a yearly event to get together, support friends and celebrate life and our community. With support from family, friends and amazing sponsors we have raised over $120,000 over the last six years for the LIVESTRONG Foundation to help support its mission of improving the quality of life for cancer patients nationwide.
Starting in late 2024, The Triple B Community will focus on not only supporting LIVESTRONG but also local cancer support initiatives and providing helping hands grants for local cancer warriors.
